For whom?

The healing techniques I use treat the person as a whole and aim to restore the body’s inner balance. Combined with my skills in phyto-aromatherapy, these techniques are for people who need personalized support to find their way back to health in the case of chronic problems as well as any situation of suffering in which stress plays an important role. 

I am fluent in English and Spanish, and can therefore receive people who speak these languages.

During the consultation

During the consultation, I will first review your general health. Then depending on your needs, I may use different techniques: craniosacral therapy (Poyet method), sacred Tibetan bowls, essential oils (in the form of light touching and massage). At the end of the session, I often give advice on lifestyle, diet, food supplements, plants, essential oils, the use of clays, etc.

In some cases (severe stress, burn-out, insomnia, etc.), it is recommended to follow several sessions to obtain an appreciable and long-lasting result. Patience, confidence and perseverance are essential to improve one’s well-being.
